Growing up on a dairy farm taught Chanell the values of hard work, dedication, and following through. After graduating from UW-Madison with a degree in Communication, Chanell worked as a retail manager with Hy-Vee, where she refined exceptional customer service, organizational and leadership skills. Prior to becoming a full-time REALTOR, Chanell balanced both careers simultaneously.

 

After starting her family and her Real Estate Career in Sun Prairie, WI, Chanell and her family briefly moved to Johnston, Iowa. While they loved living in and exploring the Des Moines area, they were thrilled to return to the Madison, WI area in 2023. Landing in Fitchburg, WI meant Chanell had to reestablish her real estate career for the third time in less than 10 years. They say that the first year in real estate is the hardest, and the three transitions into new markets gifted Chanell the drive to fight for the career she truly loves. 

 

Chanell recently earned her Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation, another tool in providing an exceptional experience for her clients. She believes real estate is all about people and relationships; she is committed to helping every client achieve their goals with confidence and care.

Chanell believes every home purchased is a dream fulfilled and a lifestyle achieved.  She and her husband recently purchased their dream country home, where they are raising their two children, their naughty beagle and a flock of chickens.
